Direct Investments

Deployment and management of Bank’s proprietary investments in strategic and select opportunities spanning Listed & Private Equities, Funds, Alternatives and Real Estate Assets. Direct Investments are made with a dual objective of seeking long term returns via early stage investing and higher yields in the short to mid-term through dividends and distributions especially in a low rate environment.

The Financial Institutions Department focuses on the establishment and maintenance of banking relationships with reputed institutions globally, in order to give our clients access to world-class payment and trader services. Thanks to the strong alliances we have built over the years, we are able to serve our clients’ business requirements anywhere in the world and at the most competitive prices

Our trade services include issuing, advising and confirmation letters of credit, reimbursement undertakings, and issuance of standby LCs and guarantees. A fixed-rate savings bond might be for you if:

  • you have £100 or more in cash that you don’t need instant access to for at least six months or the term of the bond
  • you want a potentially higher return than on your regular savings account
  • you don’t want to risk losing any of your money (which you could do with investments).

Although the minimum investment for some savings accounts is £1, the minimum deposit is usually £100, with a maximum typically of £1,000,000. Interest rates will sometimes have levels that increase the more you can save into the account.
